No they aren’t in the way at all 😊. I demonstrated tucking the handles in as an alternate way to wear the bag, but the handles are just fine while wearing crossbody - or however you want really. 🖤
It looks like a perfect everyday bag! Can you please measure the length of the zipper in the middle? I want to buy this bag to my mom but she has a long wallet she wants to carry around. I just want to see if the wallet will fit her. Thanks for the video :)

Coach’s customer service is pretty good. They can thoroughly check your order and their inventory to see what’s going on.
