Sir,My querry is only for the doubt clearing. As you disussed at 7.50 sec for accesing the resource without enabling the aws console can we do that with aws cli if the root user doesn't want to provide the console access. And Thanx again for such a wonderful series...

No you can’t if root user doesn’t provide the permission then you can’t access with cli

You are explaining how but not why. As a beginner, I don't understand which of these tasks are useful for what I need to do if you don't explain why we need to create users and what permissions are needed for what and what a bucket it. I don't even understand what is the difference between root user and the other type of user.

I understand your problem but i would recommend to do little search around linux root user and normal user which will clarify your doubts a bit.
But in short root use is admin who can do whatever in the aws account but normal or IAM user does not have that permission
