    How many sanding discs you end up using for each grit? Nice videos btw, love your channel, I am learning a lot!

      I use a new sanding disc every time. Honestly, I might have tried to save and reuse if I weren't making videos 😅 I would use a wet brush and clean them before using on another rock, though. Especially if the rocks are different levels of hardness.
      Thank you very much! We are always learning, and we enjoy sharing what we learn!

    I am curious why you dont use a flexible extension on your dremel? Is it easier to hold the dremel itself while shaping?

      I've never heard of that, but I will look into it! Thanks for the suggestion 😁

    About how long did this take?

    Why low speed for shaping?

    • @thebroadhouse
      @thebroadhouse  Месяц назад +2

      Good question! High speed is rougher and is more likely to cause fractures and it wears the bits down faster.

      @@thebroadhouse Thanks for the reply. I'm just learning and watching lots of videos. I'm glad I found your channel. Have you considered sintered bits for shaping?

      @ethanwalker7865 No, I haven't! Do you have experience with them?
