I highly recommend you watch it, it's like a hidden gem or underrated anime that it just lately started to get some earned recognition.🤩

And the opening 2 and 4 are sung by another of the voice actor of the anime and his band Screen mode. So amazing to see voice actor having a great musical carrier, they are so talented. It has a very serious and sad storytelling, it starts a bit more light and goofy but gets very emotional in season 2, getting better with every season. The fifth season even outranked many famous shows in the rankings. And you are right, its a supernatural show, where people have superpowers, called abilities/gifts. Granrodeo and Screenmode make the openings and endings are done by LUCK LIFE. They are just beautiful any hype, glad you liked them!!! They have also many good and well known famous voiceactors, like from Vinland Saga, AOT, JJK. Just a masterpiece.
What you love the most about this show is the exceptional great character writing and storytelling. So many episodes have insane plottwists that blow your mind. Also, most of the characters are over 18 years old, it has a more mature story as a Seinen anime. Mental character developement, great backstories for every character and that not a single character feels "wasted" is one of the strong points of the series. The only weaker parts are maybe episode 5-7 (was it i think) were they put in a filler from the light novels. Season 4 and 5 came out in 2023 recently, they were so good. Bones did such a good job at this colors, you are so right.

BSD really gets better every season, the last one is so full of plot twists it blows your mind. It also has this kind of special old school / dark / weird in a good way vibe with the OST and designs you don't really see anywhere else

I love the fact you pointed out how good the colors are--it's one aspect I love about the show and the use of colors are not just for the OP and ED, they are so utilized well in the anime, making for breathtaking and sometimes very cinematic scenes. Storytelling, darkness, humor, action, great deep characters, BSD has it all (you're also right about the supernatural elements you've noticed, especially the vampiric elements.......). This is Victorian-esque in some way, and contains easter eggs if you know your world literature /myths/folklore (yes, world, not just Japan!). I really love BSD and I hope you get to watch it someday, heck, I'd pay for more reactors to watch it even if just in Patreon! More people need to fall in love with BSD.
I didn't really think it was anything special at first few seasons, it had some good elements here and there that I enjoyed but it's been slowly getting better with every season and the latest season was so damn good. Edit: I LOVE the style this is drawn. Mostly looks normal anime style but the eyes and faces overall are so different from normal shows and it makes it feel like a totally different style

So, I'm going to go and binge watch all of Bungo Stray Dogs now 🙏😇 Definitely recommend watching the show someday. I only got to about season 2, but I love it. This has been one of my favourite series for YEARS! My favourite part is how well the characters are written and how beautifully their dynamics and relationships are portrayed!! Definitely recommend P.s. if you ever do watch it i recommend watching the subbed version! The dubbed version is funny and nice but really doesn't follow the vibes or nuances of the anime:') plus the vas are AMAZING

There are not enough reactions of BSD... though it's also one of the works you can't fully enjoy by JUST watching the manga. There's a ton of light novels, the BEAST spinoff manga, and even when it comes to the main series... well, there's a lot of things the anime adapts differently. It's so much I honstly have my friends catch me up on what I missed, because I don't have the time or energy to read 5 novels rn. also because this series is emotionally harmful for me lmao

The ops are great but I prefer the endings, specially the 2nd visual message and the 3rd lyrical, and of course the last as it has callbacks to all the endings including the movie one. That video might be unavailable because it took to about half the season for them to finally put the video with the ending, before it showed with the end of the episode still going.
