Very good techniques. I have little different thoughts on core/torso breath generating force within the techniques it self or the ideas of Yin and Yang formation while doing a Technique. Being trained in Hapkido by great master, he taught me the 4 parts to breath and how to use them in hapkido. Your demo shows only 2 parts of to core breath in the technique but there is 4 parts to single breath that forms Yin and Yang that can be used with in techniques. Each of the 4 parts affects energy formation and ability within the use of techniques to create greater stabilization of hips and feet to direct force to the upper body and hands. The concept of Yin and Yang is accurate but how you create those to states of energy ideas within the concepts of 4 parts to core breath then use that flow in a directed way during the technique . With in what you where doing there is elements to be refined base on 2 parts. There are 2 parts for Yin and 2 parts for yang. How to work these 4 parts with the 3 chamber of the torso act of breathing form energy formations of all types.
How to make and bring about hardness in the act of breath is Yin as a technique for strength and force they release that build of energy force is Yang for flow movement as a core release formed through generated core/torso breath. Think of core has two parts lower and upper and then Torso engagement of the three chambers of ability to form a single breath. If your good you play between Yin and Yang during the techniques base on what your opponent is reacting to you.
To enhance the torso range you uses feet and hands for increase breath inhales and exhalation which can be directed in techniques. Hapkido basic dynamic breathing is great but there is advance forms that makes you have POWER in the techniques which is far greater than strength and flow with movement. I like Power throws is higher level of ability in Hapkido. The effort level for throw is low and effect is great. Example is you had your hands open for a technique dealing with the others force that increase the torso breath range and strength abilities doing the technique.
    Nice work.

The hapki essence is: while teaching the technique you should at least once demonstrate it Fast with Resistance and finish with “Hapkido Smile”.
Its the key distinctive requirement of the art.
