I thought the leaf wasn't big enough, so I modified the pattern for anyone having the same problem😊:
R. 1: 7sc in double mr, slst in 1st st
R. 2: 2ch, [3dc], [2dc]*2, [3trc], [2dc]*2, [3dc], 2ch, slst in starting st

I just wanted to make a comment. I am about to make this sunflower, and I don't think it's absolutely necessary to do the chain at the beginning of each round. You could just use a stitch marker and continue in the round. It would prevent that seam from forming, where you can tell the round starts. Just a thought.
