It's a dynamic technique of movement designed around minimizing exposure around cover and maximizing the tactical advantage you have on you're opponent. It's relevance, depends which part of the map and site and if the defender is dead or not on the side grim is pushing. It's better to be out of the bees than chilling in them imo.
