2) from mail office, MG/MA will go for mail exchange. Sometimes even HSA goes for mail exchange in bigger mail offices.
Mail exchange means:
1. Receipt (R) of Bags-bags teesukovadam avatali vaarinundi
2. Dispatch(D) of bags-bags ivvadam avatalivaariki
Receipt-R- ani anukondi
Despatch-D anukondi
The usual sequence for the Section(S) is receipt first and despatch next.

Present I'm working in Y-32/2 section{Grand trunk super fast express-12615/12616} which work from Vijayawada to Chennai. మేము సెక్షన్ లో 4 మెంబెర్స్ వుంటాము(కొన్ని చిన్న సెక్షన్ లో తక్కువ వుండవచ్చు) . 1- HSA(PA cadre, 1- mail gurd(Post man cadre), 2- MTS మాకు Ongole,Nellore,Gudur లలో ఎక్సేంజ్ ఆఫ్ మెయిల్ బ్యాగ్స్ జరుగుతుంది. ఆ మూడు కూడా చిన్న ఆఫీసస్ కాబట్టి ఆక్చువల్ గా ప్లాట్ఫారం పైన వున్న MTS లు మాకు(Section MTS)బ్యాగ్స్ ఇస్తారు. తరువాత మేము బ్యాగ్స్ ఇస్తాము. ఈ కామెంట్ పెట్టే టైం లో నేను డ్యూటీ లో వున్నాను.
చిన్న ఆఫీసు లలో బ్యాగ్స్ తక్కువగా ఎక్సేంజ్ జరుగుతుంది కాబట్టి (20-30 బ్యాగ్స్) ఒక door లో బ్యాగ్స్ తీసుకొని ఇంకో door దగ్గర రెడీ గా వుంచుకున్న బ్యాగ్స్ ఇస్తాము.
పెద్ద పెద్ద సిటీస్ లో Ex Hyderabad lanti చోట్ల atleast 200-400 bags exchange జరుగుతాయి. కాబట్టి ఫస్ట్ CPMG ఆర్డర్ వుంటే ఫస్ట్ train lo vunna bags ni దింపుతారు సో place ఖాళీ అవుతుంది అప్పుడు బ్యాగ్స్ తీసుకుంటారు.

(i) As per rule 56(3)(iii) CBS manual 2022, The *deposit* amount of the cheque is for an amount not less than Rs. 10/-.
(ii) For cheque *withdrawal*, it is ₹50 only.
so both are correct.
The difference is deposit or withdrawal anedi question lo clarity ledu.
