Should I rest at 31 ? I can’t I still have goals to achieve and every time I do that I feel like i failed my self and I gave up on my dreams and who I want to be and then I think maybe give up and don’t be nothing because is excavating for my mind to always try to become something else to lose weight to be this too look like this to buy a home buy a car get married have a business u growing old more and more don’t waste time

Come from a place Desirelessness and act on pure impulse. The person will fight you on this, hence practice pure awareness and let things go such as wanting. Eat sleep do as you please. This is what I'm trying to do anyway
