Surprise, surprise ! this is like nursing home we see in europe and america. I like the window it bring back memories how window used to be before the current double glazing window which deny circulation of fresh air. However, does this mean these elders don't have family to take of them ? The strong igbo tradition where elders even in their 80s still do basic things for themselves should not be replaced with this. Space and exercise is what makes people in the village live longer. A woman I know in her early 90 and very active wouldn't accept this new life style even if it is charity.. All the same kudos to the owner who have spotless reason to have such srrvice in the southeast.
