I have always loved carnage but i am so effing terrified of carnage too,that scream in an empty theatre with just me and my friend,i almost pissed my pants!!I thought the damn thing was actually nearby
5:49 I really really really like this scene. When the guard begs for his life, Carnage hesitates. When the guard says he has a family, Carnage wastes no time and immediately kills him. This shows three things. 1. Clearly it shows how relentless and evil Carnage is, killing a man who has a family to provide for. 2. It seems as if Carnage almost is resentful that he has a family when his was abusive towards him. 3. If that guard has a family, it can be assumed he is the father. Cletus’ father was horribly abusive towards him so this could mean Carnage is unleashing his rage on that man.
This is the exact scene that I have a problem with. From the guard's perspective, he's face to face with a literal monster with its hand around his neck and his response is trying to guilt trip it into letting him go. I don't know, that doesn't sit well with me at all.

But it would be too much money to spend on a carnage and venom movie separately so they skipped that and went straight to a confrontation. A reluctant decision but in the grand scheme of things not a bad idea. You don't need a shit ton of bodies for it to be considered a horror movie. GotG volume two is rated PG 13 yet it has the most on screen deaths of any marvel movie so far. Whole scene of Yondu slaughtering his own crew as peppy music plays in the background. They even got a ship dropped on them. Not a speck of blood. But in their defense. Marvel movies own by Disney have a much bigger budget to work with. Venom 2 had a 150 million dollar budget while Volume 2 of GoG had a budget of 200 million. That fifty million makes a huge difference. And alot of the Venom 2s budget went into making Carnage and Venom. Those two alone had to have ate a good chunk of the budget while everything else went into the actors, extras and the buildings they blew up.

It sucks if it isn't rated R, (haven't seen it yet, but will tomorrow), but from the scenes even if there isn't lots of blood, you can imagine the horror of that thing walking toward you in reality and just knowing what the hell Carnage could do. Bullets won't hurt it, It shows mercy. Doesn't care how old you are. It will kill you.

The entire prison scene was such a missed opportunity to show how horrifying carnage is. He would CUT everyone into thousands of pieces within a mile of him. Kassady is basically Jeffrey Dahmer on steroids. The whole prison should've looked like someone accidently read the necronomicon from Evil Dead.

This scene would’ve been more brutal if carnage actually wanted to kill everyone. He wanted to kill the warden so he didn’t have any interest in anyone else. He only killed the guards because they were in his way.

His weakness isnt loud noises , its a particular Frequency range . Loudness is defined by Amplitude and it doesnt change w.r.t frequency . amplitude and Frequency are 2 different things
I just love Venom wanting to be a good guy. I know something has to give for him to become an archenemy of Spider Man, but come on… I think that Venom would have helped put the multiverse back into its rightful place because of Venom wanting to help save this planet.
He was originally a villain or at least antagonist for Spiderman. But that all changed when carnage emerged and they had to work together to bring him down. He was never really meant to be a good guy it's just that next to carnage....also he killed many of his hosts and even Eddie's wife commits suicide when she realized Eddie would never be free from venom so essentially he caused that in a sense too which is actually super sad. Venom did kill the symbiote king though. That was his one true act of heroism. But essentially he is neither good nor bad he has his own motivation's primarily.
@@adznz11 Venom is at some terms an animal, survives with instincts only, and probably in the films they'll make venom feel affinity with spiderman and lies to eddie so he can approach him and have a new host. Since they both share the body venom knows he needs eddie to reach Spiderman.
Carnage can only be done right in an R rated setting. Putting Carnage as he truly is as created would be akin to a snuff film. It would need to be well written to cover up all the blood and guts that a film like that would have in it.

After he calls venom a figment of his imagination and a parasite venom pulls him into the wall and this is the interesting part Eddie says it with his own mouth but it's venom's voice "you have a brain tumor eddie" and then the action scene starts so I don't know what happened there. Like they teeing it up for something later or it was just fan service for those that know. It's super odd but there it was. Obviously the only way to know for sure if you have a tumor is with an MRI and ain't no way he is getting one of those with venom attatched. So maybe it will play out later? Who knows. I think it would be a mistake not too. It's one of the reasons that create the codependency of Eddie and venom. In cannon unfortunately even venom is not able to save Eddie but he sure as shit extended his time also adds another layer as Eddie thought he was killing him when in reality venom was saving him.

When he said "please" , carnage didn't eat his head because he was thinking about it. Then carnage was triggered when the guard said he has a family. Cletus doesn't have a family and symbiotes know everything about their hosts. So that's why you shouldn't say you have a family when carnage is about to slaughter you. Sorry for my spelling.

This scene would’ve been more brutal if carnage actually wanted to kill everyone. He wanted to kill the warden so he didn’t have any interest in anyone else. He only killed the guards because they were in his way.

I just love Venom wanting to be a good guy. I know something has to give for him to become an archenemy of Spider Man, but come on… I think that Venom would have helped put the multiverse back into its rightful place because of Venom wanting to help save this planet.

Venom is a antihero.
He was originally a villain or at least antagonist for Spiderman. But that all changed when carnage emerged and they had to work together to bring him down. He was never really meant to be a good guy it's just that next to carnage....also he killed many of his hosts and even Eddie's wife commits suicide when she realized Eddie would never be free from venom so essentially he caused that in a sense too which is actually super sad. Venom did kill the symbiote king though. That was his one true act of heroism. But essentially he is neither good nor bad he has his own motivation's primarily.
@@adznz11 Venom is at some terms an animal, survives with instincts only, and probably in the films they'll make venom feel affinity with spiderman and lies to eddie so he can approach him and have a new host. Since they both share the body venom knows he needs eddie to reach Spiderman.

@@turkpowered9978 actually to be fair it was actually mentioned in the movie. Really briefly and before the chase scene on the bike. After he calls venom a figment of his imagination and a parasite venom pulls him into the wall and this is the interesting part Eddie says it with his own mouth but it's venom's voice "you have a brain tumor eddie" and then the action scene starts so I don't know what happened there. Like they teeing it up for something later or it was just fan service for those that know. It's super odd but there it was. Obviously the only way to know for sure if you have a tumor is with an MRI and ain't no way he is getting one of those with venom attatched. So maybe it will play out later? Who knows. I think it would be a mistake not too. It's one of the reasons that create the codependency of Eddie and venom. In cannon unfortunately even venom is not able to save Eddie but he sure as shit extended his time also adds another layer as Eddie thought he was killing him when in reality venom was saving him.

@@bigmonke3348 ur kinda right and wrong at the same time. red ones aren’t always necessarily stronger than black ones but they are more bonded with their host cause the ly went in through the blood hence the red color, so they have a stronger bond to their host which makes them stronger than just having a regular bond like the black ones but if ur a better match with ur host than another symbiote ur most likely to be able to beat the red one’s (not by brute strength always but also brains) if they aren’t a match since they won’t work together as good and the symbiote won’t be able to use its full potential
