Got out of the hospital 3 weeks ago from having that sickness we shall Not name lol just climbed my first tree yesterday. The recovery time sucked felt very useless for awhile. Glad you good 🙏🏼

Had it. No joke. Don’t push it right away. You’ll notice that your heart will labor a little. Please ease back into it. You will come back with good natural immunity. Took a while for my muscle tone and strength to return. There are some lingering after effects for a while but you will get it all back. Nasty Virus. Work Safe August👋
