    Watching your videos always makes me feel happy. You come across as very positive and bubbly, which is very refreshing in a world that tends to focus on the negative. Keep up the good work! =)
    PS: "Utested" is a place where you party, like a club or a pub or something like that.

      Well, directly translated it's "outplace" so it's a perfectly understandable mistake, hehe. ^^,

    What a nice video! Can I be your Norwegian teacher for a second and tell you what your viewer ment by Favorittutestedet? When we say UTESTED, we do not mean a place outside, but a place to go out; a place to dance, drink, watch/meet boys, etc. I love that you prefer to go to a park instead of staying out all night in noisy places. It would be nice to see more food videos! A tip: I like the travel videos Samuel & Audrey make. Just search for them by their names in RUclips, and they will show you lots of places AND food!:)

      +Kari H Yes, I realize that now haha I translated it literally. But now I know xD Anyway I'm not a big fan of night outs :P
      More food videos will come very soon! :) I will search for Samuel and Audrey! Thank you for the tips :D

    I'm hearing hints it may be possible to work a white-collar job in Norway without speaking Norwegian. Is this true??
    On an unrelated note, I totally thought, when you were saying what you'd do without architecture, that you said you'd "definitely be studying culinary or cocaine or something". I just about died laughing before realizing I just can't hear X-D Love this channel. Keep it up! :-D

    • @Avanthera13
      @Avanthera13 8 лет назад

      +Joshua Reeder Hey - Yeah, it's totally possible. Especially in international companies or within the oil industry at their head offices etc. Used to work at an oil company and 20-30% of them didnt speak Norwegian at all, almost all norwegians speak english quite fine.

    Mon Amie, did you speak English very well when you came to Norway? I'm going to study there for autumn semester but I'm afraid that I can't handle with the language :( in addition I'm going to come alone just like you and because I don't like changes it is a huge challenge for me. You're amazing!

    • @MonAmieDesserts
      @MonAmieDesserts  8 лет назад

      hi! :) I'm not perfect speaking english as you can see in my videos but yes, I was already good with the language when I came to Norway. Don't worry too much. You will see everything will be much easier than you thing. You will make friends and it will be an incredible experience ;) Good luck!

    Try to sing a lot of Norwegian songs. It makes it easier to speak and it also makes it easier to pronounce words.

    Hello! You are fantastic, and thank you for being brave and beautiful-doing these videos. Please let me know who I may talk with about eating healthy in Norway. We may be moving up North near Trondheim. I am Gluten Free and have special health concerns when it comes to food. I think it may be a nightmare shopping and cooking while not understanding the language. Thank you for your suggestions!

      +Mrs. Darcy Hello! :) I was in a half Portuguese half English school when I was little and then I was always in English courses until I enter to the university. For example I was in the Cambridge school 3 days per week after school. But I still make a lot of mistakes :P Watching tv series without subtitles really help! And learning music lyrics! :)
