@@JEREMAIAHJONES Well, venting is okay but I did get a proper help. I did get 2 sessions in therapy, my psychologist told me if I didn't took a step forward in accepting my mistakes & shortcomings I would likely end up being depressed (Sorry but english isn't my first language, I am just basically interpreting the thought). I even went for a psychiatric exam, the results will be out after a week. I am just watching ASMR to hopefully help with settling my emotions down and my sleeping pattern. It's on you if you don't believe it or not. Happy easter btw
