My favorite aspect of Blythe dolls is all the color variations I can play with. I enjoy sewing all of the dolls clothes for them. Your dolls are lovely. Thank you for sharing this unboxing with us.

Ha ha Rowan. I have a great excuse. If I want to be a vendor at a Blythe doll show in the future, the dolls on display and doll you use in competitions, have to be authentic dolls. They can be customised, but need to be on an authentic base. I plan to order the doll that is getting released for pre order in December. She is another blonde but with Straight hair. Can you recommend the name of the Christian tale? I would love to read that one. x

All set in central Europe with deep dark forests, castles and mountains over two hundred years ago. Think of every Disney Princess 😆 and the dirndl sums them all up!

My little nieces were in Japan over the summer and went shopping at Junie Moon and got two Blythes for me then - Urban fairy Ellie and Float Away Dream - which, I LOVE them both but what a treat that I didn't have to wait months for shipping. Haha! Any way - you are such an inspiration to me Claire - I am trying to teach myself how to make clothes for them and it is so frustrating because I am a very new beginner - I think I need to find an in person sewing class.
