    After you cut it up into cubes and put it back in the pellet grill at 300 degrees, how long did you cook it for? Thanks

    Hey Chef Tom, I've been watching since you guys were at about 20k subscribers and I just want to say that I miss your long-form videos. I assume you guys are doing these shorter ones to cater to the people with brain rot, but if you could chuck in a long video every now and then that'd be appreciated.

    Looks great to me Tom,only thing I'd do differently would be to just lightly dust it with rub 1 last time before finishing it on the grill to reinforce the flavors

    Saw the cooked ribs - basically realised I could never cook this because you wouldnt get past that stage before I ate the lot :)

    If you're not using over half a bottle of seasoning on two sets of beef ribs, you're doing it wrong. Nice job, Tom.
