I did Muay Thai, Jiu jitsu, and wrestling it's not the same as sword fighting but my knowledge from what I was taught in combat of that bread it's so stale to be harder than a rock and breakable as a bone, that's the equivalent to someone's hand/fist hitting (or throwing something can also work)you to the mouth.
