Greetings from Scotland! No, her voice is not altered or pitch dropped. So, this was 15yo Diana singing in an amazing Russian project "You're Super" for abandoned/disadvantaged children because Diana spent some years in an orphanage when she was 3yo.
Diana is a "Dramatic Contralto" Extremely rare, the deepest, darkest, and most powerful contralto voice in female singers. Diana also has an added ability to naturally produce "Polyphonic Overtones", a singing technique in which the vocalist manipulates the resonances of the vocal tract to produce an effect of more than one voice appearing to occur. This can take a LOT of practise to produce, but for Diana it just happens naturally!
Diana was born way over in the far eastern side of Russia in Primorsky Territory, northeast of Vladivostok. Her adoptive family moved to Togliatti, in western Russia near the Volga River then after Igor Krutoy (a famous (DIMASH?) composer/producer) gifted Diana an apartment in Moscow she moved there and still lives there! It made it easier for her to study at GITIS International, the largest and oldest theatrical State Institution in Russia from which she has now graduated. She has an extensive entry in Wikipedia now which explains her sad but very inspirational early childhood.
She is now 21yo and she has already sung in *8 languages, Russian, English, French, Spanish, German, Ukrainian, Tatar and Arabic!!!(Unofficially she has also sung in an alien language "Chakobsa" from the film "DUNE")*
Diana once said in a TV interview "In principle, if you don't sing with your soul, you probably don't sing".

👉 Diana's rendition of this song is unique and amazing. She has something primal, mystical, but also sensitive and sensual in her voice and she lives her songs. She also has a perfect pitch and her sense of rhythm was exceptional even as a little girl. Diana is a dramatic contralto, the rarest and lowest female voice type (her general range is C3-C7, the main working C3-C6) and her voice sometimes has polyphonic overtones. (Not everyone can hear that and many just say: There's something in her voice... that's it!)

In 2019 Diana sang this song in the singing competition 'You are super' (she was 15 years old). This competition is unique in the world, an international TV- competition, especially for adopted and orphaned children.
In 2018 and 2019 Diana entered this unique competition and won twice.
The winner of the season will be determined by a 6-day public vote and the final took place in the Kremlin Palace and her videos were uploaded to RUclips and soon she had millions of fans. She called us Friends.
The project producers help the finalists start their studies and encourage their creativity. Diana won a scholarship.
Igor Krutoy, here in "You are Super" as a juror, gave Diana a small apartment (37m²/ 398 ft²) in Moscow with the words: Live and sing!
There, in the small flat she lives with her mother and grandmother and was able to begin her vocal training with the best teachers such as Professor Olga Donskoy. (She died of Covid-19 in Oct. 2020). Now she is taught by the great Alexandra Pismennaya, who was a student of Prof. Donskoy.
*Igor Krutoy, *1954 in Ukraine SSR. He lives and works in Moscow/Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). He is also a sponsor and a juror in this competition. His family is in the US now. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash Qudaibergen. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. Krutoy is also still in touch with Diana and he introduced her to Brandon Stone. The result: 1st CD in December 2021 and in June 2022 there was a gold disc.

My favorite singer. I have been listening to her for years.
Diana Andkudinova she has been my favorite vocalists since 2019’.. Kwstas is an avid fan and he’s made the copy available for reactors since her original was blocked because of SANCTIONS. She explained in an interview that it was easier for her to sing the lower contralto tones and has successfully through training achieved higher tones. She can actually sing OPERA as well, she doesn’t care to sing OPERA though. Listen to her “The Day You” with her composer Brandon Stone who was introduced to her by IGOR KRUTOY when she was 16’ years old. I love her originals and I listen to them daily. ✨💐✨ CA/USA

Technique. I can't recall exactly her channel, but maybe "songs out of suitcase". She guessed that Diana can press down the membrane protecting the lungs while eating or under water. She even presented and got really close.

Hey! I'm here from your Ren reactions; discovered Diana a couple of months ago and you need to check out her Elvis cover of Can't Help Falling in Love. It's Epic!🤯
Also, to fill you in after watching several vocal coach reactions to her; she has a very rare voice type called Dramatic Contralto which is the absolute lowest vocal range for a female. She also has a polyphonic voice which means she is able to produce more than one note at any one time. You can really hear it in the song i recommended. I've asked @dicodec to analyse her voice on this song bc there does sound like they added a layer at some point but would love his imput. Have not heard back, which is a shame. But there's definitely at least one part in that song towards the end when you clearly hear her singing two notes at once. It's incredible and worth a listen. 😊 (Trust me, Im a Renegade 😉)

Shhe is rated as a contralto, some even say a dramatic contralto. There is a wiki page about that. It is a rare voice but that is when a woman sings with a deep man like voice. It is a bit like the opposite as a counter tenor where a man sings with a high woman like voice.
