You can get married without the quest. Go onto home items then click the wedding section then buy all of the wedding items then tap on your partner go into flirty and it should say here comes the wedding press that and you’re done

Try to make the fiance's sim your own sim [ a.k.a make your sim like your other sim, and it can make the events done a bit fast ] :] I literally had to reinstall to do it, but it's kinda worth it lol

There is no need of winning the honeymoon set you will still have to pay for it to have it the quest is just to unlock the set

Hello! When you finished the wedding quest it won't say you done, you have to use everything in the collection it gave you. First, go to the couch with the lamp, then the table and lamp, and it should be under "Quest Collections".
