Mam, can you please answer this question. You said that only bone cells have memory, does that mean that the MEIS and Prod 1(M and P) is only expressed in the bone cells alone? In one of the experiments, you demonstrated that the M and P was injected to the blastema cells, was it only to the blastema which formed bone cells or all the blastema cells that give rise to other cell types. The two results showed the with GFP+ M and P was only expressed till the upper limb. If the M and P was used in positonal memory, why wasn't it expressed till the end of the hand which had bone? How did the hand bones knew where it was without the xpression of the M and P?

I really enjoyed the video. It was very intriguing. I would also like to mention that I appreciated that you thanked the corporate sponsors of the research. I think so often how nice it would be for researchers to thank the tax payers who foot their bills but I don't think I have ever seen it done. I always get the impression that they expect us to be thanking them. Anyway - thank you so much for the work and thank you for sharing it with us.

do Axolotl grow old slower than other similar animals? How their regeneration skill affects the intere body? May their life span be shorter if they didn't have this ability?
