It is crazy how far you have gone! You’ve inspired me to work out with my mom almost everyday, and thanks to Alyssa I’ve been cooking healthy meals for my family almost everyday! I LOVE cooking so much now, and every time I watch your videos it makes me want to workout and cook even more! Thank you , your kids, and your trainer for everything, my childhood and my teenage years! Later this year I think it will be my 10 year anniversary of watching your videos! i love the fact you have this journey and got results, im a 46 year old from uk and i cant work out as i have artritis everywhere and my knees pop out and if thats not enough i have C.M.T a form of muscular dystrophy so its hard. But well done.

working out in general as it is difficult to target just one specific area. our program has some GREAT leg stuff. i've been getting feedback that people are sore after the workouts, which is a good sign!
