Its bittersweet because with Ren blowing up with Hi-Ren and everyone discovering his back catalogue and The Big Push it would be impossible to see these performances ever again. They were so beautiful. Not just Ren but the Big Push equally is what music was, is and always will be about. There will always be musicians out there, unknown, who carry on the soul of music. I am so happy I found you guys. No band ever sounded as good to my ears as you lads did. Thank you!!!
Dude! For real, I am so happy to have discovered them with Hi-Ren... But I see these videos and feel like damn ... I wish I could have seen sooner, and been able to go see this raw natural like live music experience that prob won't ever happen again. At least not with Ren. It's bittersweet. Either way I am just happy to have found it. Selfish, but my life is better for it. I know I'm not the only one.
I discovered with bongo bongo. So good. And ren, power. Had those 2 pop up and never looked back. All his stuff is gold. And the Big Push is too !! I love it all so much.

I'm sorta obsessed with Ren rn. Like I can't get enough of him... he just does something to my soul!! An this band- I learned are sadly no longer together- rocked my fuggin socks as well! Pretty much anything Ren has collabed with is phenomenal just as well.
What is it that has gotten me so hooked?? The passion- the soul- his pain. Raw pure artist - genius
Yeah, I am finding myself drawn to his music in a big way. He sings from the heart not for reward but because he loves what he is doing and the basis of his writing seems to be from personal experience. You cannot 'act' that passion!
In real life you wouldn't say that to the actual person who it's about remember that world wide.

It's amazing how good Ren is as a solo artist and a member of a band. Very different work, but it's all brilliant. Obviously, the other band members are really talented too.

The fact ren was suffering (and probably still is) From lymes disease and still able to conduct himself the way he does and pump out brilliantly unique music is just a testament of the man he is. Ps the big push all day erryday

Can’t truly place all the things I love about this clip - This past scenario not in my personal tale of history - but one thing I must say: I can’t see by the crows eye, yet notice in this crowd, no holding up their mobile phones. What pure unadulterated (for those of us) bliss! Oh to be in that crowd makes my hairs crawl, my pulse throb and my body ache.

You guys (The Big Push), are nuts to not figure out out a way to continue to work together. I get it that each may have solo ambitions, that Ren has health issues and whatever combability issues / personality issues that might exist. Figure it out. Working together does not have to exclude whatever each of you want to do separately. If you each are in different countries arrange to meet up every so often in one place. In a way that is perfect. By being apart and coming together periodically you can each bring something fresh to the equation and is less apt to get tired as working together all the time. Give it chance. There is nothing to lose. You don't know where it will lead. The potential is obvious and special.
