For anyone feeling bad about joining a clan and bolting after: I built a clan only to grab all the research. It doesn’t matter to me or any other person running a clan if you grab the research bps and bolt. We lose nothing. The only rule I’ve seen applied consistently is a ‘x day of inactivity = kick’. That’s so that the clan does not get full. Otherwise we have to expand the max player count, the research costs go up as well.
That is also the only rule I’ve ever seen as well and I agree, anyone can join mine, get everything and just leave. We lose nothing and they gain a ton. 🙂
As a new player I would like to add some tips. - Dont sell weapons before u check the wiki. In the wiki it will tell u if these weapons are needed to craft another weapons, so u dont need to craft them again in future. Unless u need weapon space so bad. - Dont sell stalker weapons. (Dread, Despair and Hate) I sold my despair and regretted it after I found out its not that easy to get it back. - When you rank up with some of the syndicate always go with the gems blueprints as you will need to craft these gems to craft other stuff eventually. - (just my opinion) If u get the 75% platinum discount and can offered to buy some plats, just do it. For me i enjoyed the game way better after purchasing alot of weapon/warframe slots. I dont have to worry about making platinum early in the game or check wiki on which weapon to keep or sell and just enjoyed the game. - You can get the K-drive very really while doing some mission in orb vallis. This helped me alot to traverse the open worlds before unlocking the archwing. Its weird that the game didnt teach me or show me that i can use the k drive after i obtained it and I found about it randomly while going through the gear wheel. It was a shock lol. - Dont craft fieldron or detonite injectors early on as u will need alot of plastids for other stuff. Just do invasion missions from time to time for these. - For the circuit choose the warframe thats more tedious to grind. Schitzy made a video about it. I will be using it now as a reference. I choose titania couple weeks ago and later i got her from quest lol. - Dont waste ur night wave credits on orokin catalysts or reactors. Maybe one of each when u begin to get one frame and weapon built. Nitain extrtracts is a good choice as they are very rare and easily obtained through nightwave which u need alot of to craft warframes and weapons. Last but not least enjoy the journey and take it at ur own pace. One guide for begginers said to max every syndicate everyday and it felt like a chore and got bored very fast. Sorry for typing this big essay but maybeit helps someone. Also some of these are just opinions.

Not even gonna lie bro. Im mr17 now, but the mastery rank 9 test had me stuck for a while, practice makes perfect. X,...,x As far as selling weapons from login rewards or events or quests, as far as i know, the game wont let you sell them. Basically weapons like Zenith, skiajati, grimmoire, rumblejack, nataruk, etc. they arent sellable. Probably would check and double check that first. Congrats on LR3 btw. Also thanks for the tips!
I'm also fairly certain that Umbra isn't sellable for the same reasons, but also like why wouldn't you just subsume regular Excalibur if you wanted his blind.......
If you destroy unfarmable weapon you should be able to salvage recipe from Cephalon Simaris it's expensive and takes a lot of scan job to get it back so careful when deleting stuff.

Quick cheese strat for master rank 9 test: You can go in with banshee and use a gunblade, i.e. the redeemer, and just take out enemies from a distance.
Thank you for this. I didn’t want to confuse new players so I just said they can be very hard to get back. I will put this comment in a future video once I’m a little more educated on all of the log in weapons, etc. Maybe I’ll add it in to the short version that I’ll make for this video. For new players; don't go to overframe, look at meta builds, and throw them together thinking you'll destroy steel path enemies with ease. You'll screw yourself more often than not (had multiple people think running viral/viral & heat or hunter munitions makes all weapons godly everywhere as I had 5 basic mods on an acceltra killing way faster than a "meta" moded one). Don't level rank 10 mods half way and forget about them, you'll end up not wanting to level them later on after seeing you'll have to go take them off/ go back to tons of weapons/warframes and forma them for it to fit. Just level it to 8 or 10 when ready and if it doesn't fit, oh well, it's saves you lots of headache. DONT buy skins for warframes you won't play often or immediately after getting one. DONT abandon objectives like mobile defense for example over a special enemy (acolyte, someone else's lich, void angel, etc..) you will fail missions easily like that. Use warframe market. Mod for faction damage!!!!! There is no "good all around" element to cover all factions. Just make 3 configurations (grineer, corpus, and a free slot) and swap between them, it takes like 3 seconds to do and you'll do 50% extra damage! And don't pay extra for maxed mods that aren't rank 8 or 10. 200-700 endo to max a mod doesn't make it worth much more (maybe a 1p increase)
Important Note about Quest, Login and other weird accessibility Gear. All of it should be accessible through Cephalon Simaris at only *slightly* extortionist prices. Most of it is only available after it hits your account once, such as quest and login gear but *I think* there are a few things that have been added to his shop outright over the last few years, not totally sure cause it's stuff I already had before those adjustments were made. Notes about Leveling and Shared Affinity. 1) Companions do not count against *your or allies* leveling of Warframe or Weapons. They exist as their own separate entities and are treated as such. 2) Having fewer weapons only matters if you're leveling *one* weapon *and* if you have teammates doing the tile nuking. Slight caveat dependent on whether you or your teammates are the better killmonger and also whether or not everyone is mindful of Affinity Range. 3) Affinity math is fucking obnoxious and not immediately intuitive. 3.5) *Math Lecture Time* > If you kill an Enemy with a Warframe Ability, the Warframe itself gets 100% of the affinity. > If you kill an enemy with a Weapon, the Affinity is split between 50% for the Warframe and 50% for the Weapon > If an *Ally* kills an enemy, the affinity is split between Warframe and Weapons. 25% of the Affinity is given to the Warframe while 75% is split up between your weapons. This is why Companions being a separate entity is important because it means they get their own shared Affinity the exact same way an allied player does. > Yes, if you only have one weapon equipped that does mean it gets 75% Affinity from ally kills. It does not skew the ratio to 50/50. The same logic holds for 2 Weapons, the split will be 25%/37.5%/37.5%. It also also holds true when you have a Heavy Weapon equipped in your hands that it splits the 75% value 4 ways and gives all 4 weapons 18.75% of Shared Affinity, keeping in mind it is only if you have the heavy weapon out and active, not just in your equipment and loadout. > A "fun" trick to keep in mind is that during a mission you will earn "Bonus Affinity" that is only awarded upon mission completion. Bonus Affinity will count for roughly 50% of your *Final* Affinity gains. If you load into a Mission with Rank 0 Equipment, once that gear shows level 20 in the UI, you have earned enough Affinity that upon mission completion the Bonus Affinity will finish the last 10 Ranks. An additional way to check this is simply holding tab (If playing on PC) or otherwise checking your mission progress and you will see how far your equipment will be ranked up upon Mission Completion with the Bonus Affinity factored in.
the mod tip never made any sense to me by the time ur able to get mods maxed out you’ll be able to get warframe maxed out within like 20 mins of getting it
There is a lot to factor in but I do believe it's personal preference. I agree with you to be fair, I just added that part because it is brought up a ton. I do still think this is only for certain types of players.
Don’t sell your frames …helminth I had the village idiot in my clan selling all of his frames for a new one and everyone kept warning him that it was not a good idea this guy sold his mirage , rhino , and nekros (and more ) and all he really care about was MR getting higher .
This is very true. I was mainly talking about weapons but had to add warframes cause I’ll be honest, I used to sell ones I didn’t like after mastering but that was also before the helminth was a thing but man did I regret not buying slots and keeping them.

As a new player I would like to add some tips.

If I’m not mistaken I believe I used the redeemer for that one as well. That was my main melee for a long time. Great tip. 🙂

For the daily login weapons, iirc you can rebuy them from Simaris? Or am i mistaken?

You can get the weapons back from simaris, but they are expensive.

Yes any blessing that a MR 30 gives also gives it to everyone in that relay.
