Thank you for bringing us along on this venture of your's Travel Troll Dan.. That Mazzy is a bit of all right she is.. and one of these days she is going to give you a smack to the back of your head just because you'll have it coming... Lol, Thank's again...
congratulations on your new project!i have only just found it;i am living in mexico originally from gorleston-on-sea,the otherside of the river yare, which is where yarmouth got it,s name.i was surprised you never mentioned lord nelson, there is so much history in these two places about him,a real hero!also i don,t think you mentioned the herring industry one time the most important in the world.anyway i i can imagine how many hours you put into the programme, mazzy is a great edition to the show well done , best wishes to you both,,
Loved the story. Those teachers were an inspiration. Wish I could say that about the teachers I had. I learned to love history and learning in spite of them all.
Around Seattle they just threaten to strike every 2 years just weeks before school begins, and whine they aren't getting enough money. They make more base salary then most other states, my Father was a Teacher for 20 years and he made the same salary year after year.
Dan, while you're out there exploring, what about taking us to some of the historical pubs or other food places so we can learn about good places to stop in between the amazing museums and sites? That would be really cool.
Wonderful video, with a wonderful lady! Is it purely coincidence that your first part of this long trip started in the area where Mazzy lives? If it is, then that is a sign - it's fate - GET IN!
That was an amazing story. These days, the only 'striking' in schools are either the kids hitting each other or the teachers. If only 1/2 of the good teachers today got the support from the students that these two got, our schools would be 100% better! Now, Dan...... since we are all friends here.....tell your friends what is going on between you and Mazzy. Her eyes practically give it away........ and so do yours. She seems like a fine woman. I'd keep her if I was you. Thank you for yet another great video and history lesson. And we shall see you AND Mazzy, in the next one.
Fascinating story about the school! A more fascinating story would be about Mazzy and you Dan! Is there one? Me and a lot of your loyal fans would LOVE to see you with someone special! And Mazzy is adorable!
You guys are so in Love...you can see it in both your eyes - its wonderful; you make a great couple...! I hope you make a video of you both coming out and admitting that your a couple - because your so far in the wardrobe your almost in Narnia! Please confirm Mazzy will be with you for the entire series of Travel Troll. Otherwise the vids may not be as asthetically pleasing and her laugh is such a lovely infectious noise. Looking forward to seeing you both when you visit Devon & Cornwall.
Sooooo, in essence the subjects of this video were decent folk doing a public service and ended up being vilified by small minded people who peddled lies about them. Funny how history repeats itself, eh Dan? Keep up the good work Dan. Another cracking video.

Dan please don't let all the negativity stop you from doing what you love! You do a great job! Keep it up!
You're my hero Dan, being dead serious. How you broke out of the cookie cutter life and rat race and are now doing this, it's amazing.
Wow all that because of some coal! I really wish people had the backbone these days to stand up to injustice like they did back then.
Well done!!!

Be interested in the origins of the name as it’s my name. It’s not all too common outside the midlands.
