1) all of them can't fly without jetpacks, DJ is one of the OG toilets those can fly without jetpack but without jetpack they are slow so they kinda need jetpacks.
2) G-man was having that PTSD because the cassette race itself said that they took inspiration from bigger man (titan cameraman) while they were creating JP (titan cassette man) thats why his punches felt powerful just like bigger man.

Gman has more war knowledge, which the war requires tactics, strategies and survival, Gman got more war iq/strategies than the titans, Gman have no limbs for combat, he only depends on weaponry but it’s not enough so he needs backup, he’s the singular leader of his faction so he have to run away if he’s injured, that’s why gman survived, it’s common sense. The titans got plot armor too (if plot armor exist)
