Dainese, please use Stretch GORE-TEX on your ADV Jackets 🧥 & Pants 👖. Also, the pants need a Higher Stretchy Neoprene Waistband w/more Robust Redundant Closures along with a Large Stretchy ↔️ Spandex Gusseted Crotch for more range-of-motion and overall crotch and seat comfort!

So with this type of suit, if it rains, you’re supposed to keep the liner on the inside? Would the outside not get wet and heavy and stay wet for days potentially? Or is it better to just put a rain suit over if it rains

I guess it competes with the Rev'it Dominator GTX and the Alpinestars Durban and makes up the apex of adventure enduro travel gear ...

I really, really want this to come in the white/black/blue colorway that the outgoing Teren had. I'd buy the teren if you still had any blue ones in size 54.
If this came in that blue I'd buy it today.

I would still buy this over new baggy Dainese design.

Can I also wear this Jacket for casual daily use in fall/winter/spring? (Off the bike)
I'm looking for an universal solution so I dont need an extra Winterjacket.

This jacket is a bit bulky for wearing off the bike, plus it definitely looks like a really technical motorcycle jacket. You might consider some of the following options, which are very protective while having a more casual look. -DrewZilla

I've falled with my bike at maximum 50km/h and opens a huge hole in back side of the pants, all the 3 layers of the leg, the shorts and undewear were fully damaged and now they asked me 200euros to repair. I was sad and concerned, because if I falled like 10 km more I could damaged my skin! For This reason if I could give an advice I would say, buy another pants!

Why is it so hard to find a jacket like this in Red?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  9 лет назад

+Claire Balle There are a handful of similar options with red. Try this link: rvz.la/1l684i3 -DrewZilla

At some point red nylon fabric fades to pink...

All fabric is going to eventually fade to something duller and crappier looking. Either that, or it'll yellow and get dingy.

I really like this jacket, and the money is not an issue, however, as a noob rider, I don´t understand why would I want a cordura jacket if everyone seems to agree abrasion resistance is far better with leather, and I can easily add a waterproof layer on top of it, if it happens to rain.
As such, could you please recommend any alternative to this jacket that comes in leather, suitable to be used in very hot weather?
    Thanks

Because this is a 4 season adventure jacket for ADV riders who require technical garnets. Leather is not waterproof, doesn't breath and is a sung fit intended mostly for street bikes and forward leaning rather then upright seating and standing on the pegs for off-road.
In terms of materials I would suggest that you google the advancement in synthetic abrasion resistant fabric in the last 20 years.

+migo33 My bad. I only googled the last 18 years...

I was trying to help. I don't think you'll find an alternative leather for hot weather condition. There are however some textile jackets that incorporate leather in hi impact areas such as the elbows and arms. Check Klim new gear.
      Safe riding.

+1650million If you do want some leather, take a look at these leather/mesh hybrid jackets. -DrewZilla
