Opening track of the new album, however this one wasn't new to most TesseracT fans since they played it live about a year ago!
This album is easily my favorite of the year and this song is a big reason why, but it's still not even the best song on the album.
No metronome was used for recording, and that's probably more an unnecessary hinderance instead of a "cool" thing, but I figured I would do that for this one.

The amount of hours from release studying the riffs by ear.... I applaud you man. Seriously.
I don't want to take too much credit for this one out of the album, since I already knew the song fairly well and there were other covers of it out when the album released.
HOWEVER there is a song which hasn't been covered which I have ready and another that hasn't been covered that I have learned, so look out for those in the next few days :))
Seriously, this is such a good song. I haven't enjoyed their last few albums too much but DAMN this one is flawless. Great job.

how are the offical presets>! Jus ordered mine tonight cant wait! more euse cases than tesseract covered?
The presets are really good, be wary with the low end though, Acle seems to love low-end on guitar and it can quickly become muddy, but it's the tesseract tone and the Milton cleans are perfect
You don't just play, you live the riffs..

Hey, form bar 47 (1:13) you're doing artificial harmonics + muting right?
You might hear some harmonics, but they are not that intentional, just a byproduct of playing aggressively on those chugs!

I love all things Tesseract and never thought could pick up and play any Tesseract song, let alone one off the new album, but you've inspired me to try! Any helpful tips on the chug rhythm starting on bar 47? I try to count it, try to just listen to it or find a pattern over and over again and I honestly get closest just by feel, but I just cannot get it..... :(
Ok, so the pattern is actually not too crazy for TesseracT standards, the loop is from bar 47 halfway in bar 57.
You basically have a chug pattern that goes
1 2, 1 2, 12,
The first time you play it, it repeats immediately, but the second time and up until bar 57 for example, you throw in an x before the repeat, so it's like this
1 2, 1 2, 12, x REPEAT
Maybe you've figured it out already, let me know if that made any sense at all lol

Better late than never, this Tessaract track sounded familiar somehow. Perhaps I heard it 8 days ago, oh well, as usual very innovative riffing on their new album....I think You played it 10/10 no flaws whatsoever there, people can learn this one perfectly from this video. Thats a great reason to like and subscribe to this channel, for more great songs coming up. Excellent work! So solid. Have you found that the Acle pack sounds like them out of the box? And luck with the Milton Cleans?
The Milton Cleans by far worked perfectly, there are like 3 variations for them too, so they are fantastic!
Rhythm tones I think need a bit of work to make them work with my guitar, my guitar has quite a lot of low-end, so I had to cut that out.
But it's a super unique distortion, I don't know how well it would fit for writing music, but the tone itself is really cool and fits right in the mix on these covers!
