Hi nick. I was wondering our home has the lovely textured ceilings. I was thinking maybe could plasterboard over but I’m pretty sure the ceilings are not level and also contain asbestos. So not sure what our options are. Any advice would be appreciated
Hi, it sounds like asbestos so you will need to get that tested definitely. However if it comes back as negative you can actually overboard using plasterboard. You just need to expose where the joists are so you know where to screw into without having to remove too much of the ceiling.
We have used one of these as husband and wife to complete our build (not quite yet). we used this to install insultated plasterboard on a vaulted ceiling. It made it sooooo much easier.
That looks as though itsa useful piece of kit. Thank you Nick
You bet

Nice one Nick, easy peasy! What an amazing job you are doing 👍
It really is! Thank you
good for the bigger boards. My van won't take the 2.4s so a prop does me for the 1800
Yep - amazing!
Why are the ones over the steel pink
They are fire resistant - as the steels are the strength of a house; so these need to stay intact for as long as possible in a fire.

Ha - yes they're brilliant!
