- Hmmmmm English Muffins are soooo good!
And the are great to make in big batches to store in the freezer.
With this recipe, you can expect to get 10 small (3.5 inches) muffins or 6 large (4 inches) muffins
They are great for when you are lazy to cook. Just take them out of the freezer and pop it into the toaster. Slap some butter and jam on it and you have a delicious snack.
When storing in the fridge or freezer, seal them in an airtight bag, otherwise, you run the risk of drying them out.
