I did not understand one concept
- In the proportionate case that you showed, it is violating the fair value of 60 lakhs that we originally planned for. If you look at the Fixed Asset final value in the proportionate case, it is becoming 66.67 lakhs. I am not sure if this is correct or intended .. In the elimination method, the fixed asset value is coming to 60 lakhs itself that was planned..

In IND GAAP, we show the Rev Res in Res & Surp liability side, and in IND AS we show the same in OCI.
