  • On my final two days in Fujikawaguchiko, I was thrilled to wake up to a stunning view of Mt. Fuji from my room. Later in the morning, I took my mom and aunty to the Fuji Shiba-sakura Festival. Sadly, it wasn’t as picturesque as the posters had promised. We then visited Lake Motosu, which was nearby. On our way back, we stopped at It's More Akasaka Store to buy groceries for dinner at our Airbnb. I bought some sashimi and tamago, which I enjoyed while my mom and aunty made tempura. In the evening, I visited the famous Lawson Fujikawaguchiko Town Hall, but unfortunately, Mt. Fuji was hidden from view. The next day, we left Kawaguchiko by express bus heading for Narita International Airport, flying out via MH71 at night.
