If people trigger you to become defensive, that tells me two things-they’re either trying to accomplish that to get a reaction out of you, OR there’s something much deeper that’s potentially being suppressed within self, and needs inner healing and addressing. It’s one thing to have healthy boundaries and for those boundaries to be maintained and respected, but there is a difference if someone within a connection is keeping their walls up due to past trauma that they’re not fully healed from. Reciprocal compromise is just of importance in order to maintain a healthy balance within a connection, it takes two to tango! “Love never fails” 1 Corinthians 13:8
She makes me warm and fuzzy while others trigger defenses. ❤ I know she's not budging, though, and neither am I. Just sayin'. Love is love! ❤❤❤
She has some heavy boundaries in place. Which I'm trying to respect. ❤
Sorry I'm cheating but it was part of the job description. *shrug* ❤
