  • My go to citrus and herb brine. But cider and honey is also great. You can sub your favorite salts, acids, herb and flavorings.

    Great video! I tell everyone that brining is the way to go. I use the same brine for my rotisserie chickens. Tip: skewer a lemon and put it on the inside with your herbs and citrus...it keeps it from flopping around while it it cooking. Happy Thanksgiving!

    I brine my turkey for 48 hours in a mixer of orange juice and pineapple juice comes out great

    Haha at first I was like oh no that’s a lot of salt! But the road. Kick how big a turkey is and how much more water goes into it 😅😅
