That's their best performance of their whole carrier. As a group, their harmonies are great, the choreography is good and they look very different from each other (being very unique). As 5 singers, Nadine is brilliant (giving her very best), Nicola is less shy, Sarah is hitting high notes in her very own (just like at 1:47), Kimberley is thinner and sexy as she has never been, Cheryl is beautiful, charismatic and singing OK (that's as good as she gets, after all she is not an amazing singer...)
