Thank you! The Gobi are awesome, what do you make of the Shamma Warriors? I’m in the market for some sandals atm so would be interested to hear your thoughts…
It's great that Vivobarefoot now have a range of trainers suitable for indoor racket sport. They're very expensive though and I'm not sure my feet will stand up well to the rapid, quick changes in movement needed for high levels of play. Any thoughts?
Absolutely and I agree, if you’re not already regularly wearing barefoot shoes (all day every day) and ideally, performing low impact exercises in them (hiking, training etc) then it’s unlikely you’ll be able to do a high volume of high intensity movements like racket sports BUT… if you do have the above on lock, then you absolutely can. I got really into pickleball this summer (Canadian thing) and wore the Primus Trail FGs throughout with zero issues so definitely can be done!
definitely prefer the look of the vivos here but im trying to get away from this brand atm as ive had to return so many. Bought some KSO EVO vibrams and find them pretty decent for running, whats your take on them? know they are a bit of a meme but im not new to barefoot shoes and still felt i had to go easy as they feel way more 'barefoot' than anything else ive tried.
Nothing wrong with them, they're just a bit of a meme shoe! Initially I was a bit reluctant with the 5 fingers because you have to wear 5 toe socks and I wasn't sold on their value proposition (they're a pain in the arse to take on and off), but after testing a load of barefoot socks they make a lot of sense. If you're wearing them for trail running alone the KSO evo's are brilliant.
Great vid, I always enjoy your videos, i have to pick up on the description you gave of the primus lite though, it's very narrow for a barefoot shoe and a lot of people can't wear them because of the tapering around the little toe area, they're only for people with sloped toed feet, a lot of people with mountain or square toe configurations aren't able to wear these... Myself included...
Thank you mate. If that’s the case I would extend it to include the TYR as well as they have an almost identical toe box. It’s not something I have an issue with as I do have fairly narrow feet giving me loads of room but if you do have square feet then I could certainly see it being an issue ✌🏽

Look nice but I think I’ll stick with Primus Lite for now (with xpand no-tie laces!)
I haven’t been able to try them yet but the XPAND laces look awesome 🙌🏽

Do females do the BMSP? None shown on your ad.
Yes ma’am, working with 8 currently spanning from 30 to 65 - I’ll get a video testimonial from the next to finish for the page 🫡
@@TheBarefootStrengthProject thanks so much. Sorry for delay replying, had no notification you had replied.
Best video yet!
Can you machine wash these bad boys?
You could, but I’m not sure it’d bode well for the shoe!
