OMG!and WOW!!! I’ve just found this. I haven’t done any dotting art yet.😅 I love this butterfly…I haven’t got a stencil..so…I have a square board and I’m going to just do patterns on it and see how I manage it. The colours are beautiful. I’m happy I found you. Wish me luck. I’m 78 I do a lot of different things..icicles and just finished all my family’s hand painted Xmas cards. I now feel I need a new craft idea. Thank you for showing the process of making this wonderful piece of art. 🥰🥰😍😍❤️❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼🐶🐶🇬🇧👍
Love love love this idea! Such gorgeous color choices! Thank you for sharing all of your creations, you are an inspiration! Can't wait to give this a try 👍🏻 especially since I have most of the colors lol Well except for sour apple 😒 they are always out 😝 Looking forward to your next masterpiece!
Psychedelic! You're making me quite nostalgic for the 60s :) What a restful process it must be to take a break from constructing grids by using the stencilled segments as guides. Gorgeous piece, thank you!
I love the way you teach-very easy to follow along and i find your work inspiring..lovely design!, i do like that you left ghe black lines in this butterfly
Absolutely gorgeous! You really out did yourself with this one! I love your poinsettia and have recreated your silver one. (What fun.) But this is stunning. Just ordered the stencil. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent.
Thank you Shruti. To clean the stencil I have a pan of water with some dish detergent that I put the stencil in and let it soak. To clean the tools while I work I have a paper towel that I wipe them with and then when the paint builds up between painting, I let them soak in water and dish detergent, lightly scrub them if I need to get stubborn paint off. Thanks for watching.
@@SusanHause Hi Susan. I use chalk paint because it takes the pencil better. You can use any base coat you like. I find the pencil marks don’t adhere to glossier paints very well. Experiment with what you have!
I ordered the butterfly and got the smaller stencil. I would like the size you are working on. Where can I order one. I would like to follow you while you are painting.
Hello, I’m new to dotting and I was wondering if you could help me. Is it ok to use satin and matte colors together on a project? Not mixed together but like a one dot matte and other ones satin. What about different brands of paint?
These colours are just gorgeous Maria. Totally love this project, thank you! Can I ask can you use rubbing alcohol to clean the stencil or would that damage it?Thanks 😀xx
Hi Liz. Alcohol won't damage the stencil but I would not let it soak. Check out my video on using the Awesome! cleaner from the Dollar Tree. It was wonderful!

How do I find you stencil??? Your link does not work. Love your work
I am wondering myself. It isn’t in your Etsy shop. It is a magnificent stencil. Please let us know.
Loved the art! Just had a question: how do you clean the stencil and the dot pens used while working?
Thank you Shruti. To clean the stencil I have a pan of water with some dish detergent that I put the stencil in and let it soak. To clean the tools while I work I have a paper towel that I wipe them with and then when the paint builds up between painting, I let them soak in water and dish detergent, lightly scrub them if I need to get stubborn paint off. @@SweetWillowDsgn thank you very much for replying! Much appreciated. Your tips are very insightful.

question please, does the black paint have to be chalk board paint?? Thank you

@@Bobbie-b6k Hi. This stencil is not currently available. In the video I did use the smaller stencil on an 8”x10” canvas board.
Do you have a list of colors used because I just bought the large stencil?
Hi Marcia. Thanks for purchasing the stencil. The list of colors is in the video description.
I don’t see the list of items needed. I am new to RUclips, where would I find them.
Just hit the SHOW MORE under the description and the list is towards the middle.
Thanks for helping. 💚
Could you please tell me if the Multi-Surface Metallic Green was just green? All they had was festive green and crystal green. Than you.
I looked and didn’t find this stencil. No longer making them??? 😢
I am a new subscript.I love what you do. Where I can buy the tools?
Hi. I have links to the tools in the description. Click on the show more or drop down for the description. Thanks so much for watching.
I would love this stencil but it says it’s not available.
Excuse me I'll give this for you 👑
