Today, this is the best in the class of luxury SUVs

The GW is by far a better vehicle over the tired and dated Escalade and Navigator. They both are a rebadged gm product. Jeep took their time making a high end model and it’s definitely better. The only solid part of an Escalade is the 6.2. You can get a very well equipped series 3 for 115-120k.

Say what you will about it, but this Jeep worked when I had it, unlike the 2024 S-Class I'm in this week which had me at the dealership twice already.

I absolutely adore this SUV, but the price Hike and the arrogance of these corporations foisting such hikes on the consumers is a major turn off.. I'll wait to buy a used version of the car or I'll just stick to something that's more practical (and affordable) i.e something in the Kia Sorrento or Honda line.

Prices definitely shot up over the past couple years. It's nuts!

Best crash rating of any large SUV. Beats both Chevy & Fords offerings in this size

I wish we got these in England from an owners perspective but I'm glad we don't from a drivers perspective. Every now and again someone imports an F150 and has to have their driveway widened.

I'm sure one of these over there would be ridiculous! We're lucky out here having larger roads and highways, but New York City is the #1 market for Escalade and Escalade ESV which are about the size of this. I don't know how drivers of these can make it in NYC, its nuts there!

Way too big for the average person not to mention the price is as much as a house. Where will you park it? It may look luxurious but it’s still a Jeep

    • @PRNTestDrive

It certainly takes up some space, but not as much as the HD pickup truck Nile was driving this week. That took up two parking spaces.

It's not necessarily a vehicle I'd buy, but lease is an option if I needed the size and space. I still prefer sedans so an S-Class is the way I'd go.

This is such an idiotic vehicle. Ugly and big. At least Suburban looks good with a real V8 or diesel option.

I liked it quite a lot more than I had expected. I saw a few Wagoneers on my drive back to drop it off, including another Grand Wagoneer. Compared with the Escalade it's priced well, but the resale market seems tough on them from what I've seen so far.

@@PRNTestDrive It's a good point. NYC streets are no bigger than British city streets. The avenues are massive but not the streets. In fact they are so similar to the streets in the city I Ilive in England (Manchester) that a few well known TV and films have been filmed here under the pretence of being NYC.
