I was a teenager working as a Cleaner and Waiter in a neighborhood Italian restaurant establishment in a suburban area over 20 yrs ago and we always had the busiest few hours when school is out for the day and students fill up the lobby area.
It wasn’t an issue until the the Jock’s and Cheerleaders learned that the restaurant was the place that a lot of the Other students hanged out at, due to the outdoor picnic table, indoor arcade games corner, and juice bar. They would come there and behave like they were on the school fields, throwing the football around inside of the lobby and the cheerleaders would be practicing their cheers in the parking lot.
It all came to an end when some of the students filmed the incidents and gave it to the school causing the school to withdrew from the seasons games or else the restaurant was gonna go to the news media with the story, because the owner was being harassed by the students as well, and it was on tape showing the jocks using their privilege to threaten the owner that they will get their parents to shut his place down if he bans them.
Eventually everything went back to the way it was, but in 2017 the owner relocated his business to the City due to Political Harassment from the locals because he was an Italian-Bulgarian immigrant who refrained from allowing signs to be posted on his property.

A friend of mine who worked at a fast food place had this issue as well. High school students would purposely smear their food across the table, fill cups with ketchup and sugar, and leave dirty toilet paper with poo in the sink. One night while they were just about to close up a bunch of students walked in. They left dirty trays on the table, food was dumped onto the floor, gum was stuck to the table and they smeared plum sauce on the wall. Luckily one of the co workers knew one of the kids parents and called them and told them how it was a continual problem. The parents were shocked and the next day came in with their son and made him apologize to the workers. He was told the next time he does anything like that he wouldn’t be allowed in the store anymore and his friends parents were also contacted and last I heard they never left a mess ever again

She didn't ask to see the cameras or anything, she legit just went to accusing me. Now I couldn't have stolen her phone because 1) I'm not an Iphone fan and really my current one still works fine so I didn't have a need for it, 2) since I was the only one on staff at the moment I couldn't leave the front counter for loss prevention reasons and I saw no phone on the counter so I couldn't walk around to find one, 3) even when my cashier came in, it was father's day so we were busy. Barely left the register that morning, which leads to 4) she clearly saw I didn't have it on me and there was no place for me to hide it. If she called the police like she said in her threats, I was prepared to not only show them the cameras (still found it funny how she didn't ask to see them despite several customers who were watching this suggesting it) but our very empty drawers we had below the registers and the small office.
Nope instead she threatened to tear up the store and me and then left. Gave a description to both my SM and the security guard then cried for a bit.

The California Education Code clearly states that "students can be suspended or expelled for their actions while coming to or returning from school." In other words, a school where they will not distract from those looking to learn. They will go to those fancy schools with rubber walls and metal detectors.

Saw a similar incident from high schoolers in the city I lived in. The Starbucks inside a Safeway I worked at for a while would be trashed by to the kids from this one high school, the starbucks manager at the time confronted those kids about throwing away trash and cleaning up. Their response was that it's her job to clean up after them then leave immediately afterwards. Needless to say she called the school and everyone of those high schoolers got scolding/lecture via announcement on the speakers from the principal. Some kids are so spoiled, lazy and entitled with their attitudes that they ruin things for everyone else.

The burger King in my town used to have problems with large crowds of kids hanging out in the parking lot. It got so bad that they used to lock all the doors except the one closest to the registers so that the manager could keep an eye on who was entering. All kids not accompanied with out a parent were banned from being served and from using the restroom.

They finally had to do that in the malls where I live. Kids under 18 weren’t allowed to be in the mall crime the hrs 3:00 pm till closing at 9:00 unless accompanied by an adult. If you looked young but were older had to show proof(ID) security guards ushered you out. All because of one dumb ass who shot his gun(underage) in the middle of the mall and thus is not considered a bad town to live in!

@@imasheepbahbah3591 it's like that at the malls in Syracuse, NY too. During the week after 3pm and on weekends If your under 18 and not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian then security don't give a fuck who you are they toss you out and have the police escort them off the property. Small children are expected to be kept on a leash and if caught running around security has no issues with calling Child Protective Services on the parents for not keeping the kids under control and with in 5 feet of them. I do admit the malls are not cluttered with moron teenagers and young children carelessly running around. I'm not sure how they handle Canadians that drive down to shop but I can assume there are some minor exceptions to the rules for teenagers but not young children under 10 years of age.

Here in Umeå, Sweden, one of the supermarkets has a sign saying "Dear school students! During school days, you are welcome to shop here after 14:00 (2:00PM)".
By the way, about the harassment, why do the high school students even *want* to do that? An explicit reason needs to be found for this.

@@KoichiFirst8092 where I am there is nothing for the kids to do so they get together in large groups an act like obnoxious assholes occupying 3/4 of the parking lot in and around the strip malls close the fast food restaurants. It's become a hazard with them zipping around on mini motor bikes. Fights often brake out among them on occasion. Many of the fast food places got down to locking all but 1 door just so that they could keep the kids from entering to use the bathrooms in which they often trash or write stuff on the walls. It's normally a policy now that you can't walk into a fast food place like a burger King or a McDonald's to use the bathroom anymore with out first ordering something first and these places have no problems with locking the doors to the bathrooms and unlocking them when you need to use it. Some gas stations do the samething in the area if you need to use the bathroom you need to pay them to unlock the door or buy something over $5.00 now. All this because of a bunch of fucking kids.
