*When you’re fighting a boss and accidentally teleport home*
I almost soft-locked my game that way. I'm post-Moon Lord but was doing something in the area of the Dungeon, and my stardust dragon decided it would be a great idea to slaughter all the cultists for no goddamn reason. Lunatic Cultist spawned, and for some reason, I panicked because I had map stuff to do and didn't want to have to deal with lunar events. Teleported home and he despawned. Logged back in next day to find no L.C. at Dungeon, or cultists at all. I got really worried that I somehow bugged the game and he was gone for good. Ended up having to go to the Mutant (Fargo's Mutant Mod that I already had installed and running) and summoning him manually. It somehow spawned both the manual L.C. and a natural L.C. complete with normal cultists, and I ended up having to fight both of them at once. Thank god for the solar eruption. Everything's been back to normal since, but god, that was close. It's bad enough that I already somehow bugged the Abominnation (same mod) and can't seem to access his shop anymore. Still trying to find a way to fix it, as killing him and waiting for him to respawn isn't working.

You can only die during Moon Lord's death animation if you're playing on Reveangence/Deathmode.

I have watched as first, when I had like 3 hours in Terraria and haave watched two Felix's videos and I understood maybe like 4 or 5 things.
Now after 50 hours of game and plenty of watched videos of Terraria I understand almost everything, and you know what?
I DON'T REGRET IT!
Terraria maybe sometimes is painful, but it's still awesome!
My ABSOLUTE worst issue with the game is when it just tells me "this is not valid housing" Ok, tell me what's wrong so I can fix it. Is it too small. Not enough chairs perhaps? An issue with the walls, maybe?? TELL ME!

Pro tip: crawltipede will not target you if you stay on the ground. It only attacks flying players. Solar is much easier

Wiring a teleportation system from your base to the dungeon and it doesn't work
Dying just after moon lord spawned
Dying at hardcore when you're fighting moon lord
I once made my character hate me by voluntarily dying to Moon Lord. I knew at the time that I wasn't able to beat him yet, and I just wanted to get more lunar events loot, so I decided to let him slaughter me so I could spawn the pillars again. Picked one of my outposts near the last pillar, where I could easily retrieve my coins, and went to make dinner while Moon Lord spawned. Came back to find myself back in base with the message that I'd been ripped to shreds. Sad thing was, my summons were still active, and it appeared that they'd been doing their best to kill M.L. while my character just stood there going 'duuuuuhhhh'. I had Fargo's Mutant Mod at the time, but didn't have enough coins saved up to just buy the pillars-only summon item

I actually had a scene laid out exactly for that, but by the time I had a functional mushroom farm that would reliably spawn the worms, I had already made several other parts of the video. Definitely a contender for one of the most frustrating parts of the game
If you have a large mushroom biome, they are not rare, 10 worms per like 25 mins
Make a mud platform you get 2 in 2-7 mins
Fucking pain in the ass, I had to get a friend who had some on my world to give me 1
well it depends what type of mushroom farm i recommends some flat one go away when you wont see it and then lifeform analyzer wait then catch (its pretty easy to get like 3-4 in 5 mins, depends on the luck and how far did you go)

I was VERY confused in my first playthrough when this happened i didn't even know meteorites existed
My first meteor fell into a bridge that I built over the ocean on the far end of the map, lol. Got enough meteorite to craft like 2 ingots or so.

-Having the strongest pre-WoF weapons and still not being able to beat it

-Lesser healing potions in hardmode
-Slime rain when you have weak armor still
-Accidentally killing your own friend with grenades while fighting the Eye of Cthulhu

@@CoolLever No, they don't. They only damage the USER unless PVP is on, and I know this because I've bombed my friends (accidentally or otherwise) more often than I care to admit.

The other day I found a temple, inside was the skeletal merchant. I walked to (it?) and all of the sudden: Spike balls. I had a minor heart attack and destroyed two or three, I had one hp left, the merchant had 10.

As a teleporter fanatic that sets up teleporter networks to all important areas in my world, that clip of him running out of wire for the teleporter hit like a ton of bricks

What really hurts in terraria sorting chests. spending hours farming potions with your iron fishing rod just to give up and move to another world just for the world gen to be 10 times worse then rage then deleting all your worlds and characters then realising that was a bad idea

it happened to me once. i think it was a mobile thing. i only play pc now because the cloud save glitch was making me grow grey hairs
you make a bridge, throw it in at 1 end, and it doesn’t chase you down the bridge, it pushes you off into lava, just like you did to the poor guide’s doll

The noises they make are the goddamn worst thing ever. I don't need that in my fun grinding experience. I always carry over a hardmode hammer to new chars just to get rid of them as soon as possible.

I find losing the NPCs a relatable pain. I remember getting Terraria on my old iPad when I was about 8 years old. A goblin army had invaded my house, a lot of NPCs were slain, I then wanted to delete the world I was playing on. That's all I can remember for my old world.

I know what are you talking about, i've had solar eclipse 2 days in a row and the 3. Day i had pirate invasion i had to deal with the whole day and night and i wanted to just defeat twins
That happened to me lol and I died so much
At one point I had a blood moon, then a solar eclipse, then a blood moon again.
This no joke happened to me 4 times in a row. But did get the broken hero swords, so that’s good
It's kinda like when not even a split-second after first defeating The Destroyer, I had to face my first solar eclipse.
