Note: The Phase Model was introduced in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition starting from CE 2011 using the reactive and proactive maintenance process. Both processes including the phase model were delivered from OP 2021 onwards in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
This Expert Talk mainly targets SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition although the principles of the phase model are equal in both cloud products. The ongoing road map might not be equal across both solutions.

Helpful and excellent video. Neccessary as implementation is tough and tricky, amost impossible to acchieve witout these infos. Due to the lack of clarity in the past this caused a lot of discussion and confusion in the SAP user community.
Excellent video, I am a fan oh the phase model for the maintenance process, but some time is difficult to convince the customers and user to adopt this new model. Thank you. I hope to see more videos like this, especially in IAM topics.

Hi, this is Mano. Thanks a lot for this wonderful video. Few months ago, I got a chance to configure and run a end to end process for Reactive and Proactive maintenance. I could completely run the 9-Phase model using the SAP documents. But, i have a specific issue for which i did not get a concrete answer yet:
If i use a 'Main Work center' in Reactive Maintenance Order which I have added as input in 'Resource Scheduling for Maintenance Planner', then i have issue in Dispatching work order via 'Find Maintenance Order' app, the 'Dispatch Operations' button is disabled. As a work around, i had to use a Main Work Center which is not defined as initial input in 'Resource Scheduling for Maintenance Planner'. There is a SAP note 3372662 which mentions the same issue, but ideally there is no real solution. Would be really great if there is some solution to overcome this issue. Thanks. Vielen Dank.
