Great job, Rox. Since Joel uses his credit card for business expenses, when he is reimbursed we put the check in a work reimbursement line. Then we pay the credit card off from the reimbursement line. That way, it’s easy for us to keep those expenses separate from our actual income. But it’s usually online purchases only. He seldom gets reimbursed for eating. 🤣
Yea I’m definitely not as organized as you with money. Literally just randomly check personall capital when I have time to see if everything looks good and if I need to move money for things like sinking funds, my checking account has too much money etc
I started to have heart palpitations when you said you had 78k in cash. Thankfully you followed that up saying it was for a downpayment and I could breathe again lmao
Well I suppose your heart palpitations were valid since it's been 5 months and we still haven't bought any properties! I have this thing where I think I really want to buy something but then when I have the money, I just decide I'd rather have the money...not good for optimizing portfolio growth 😬
FOR THE CHAT:
👉Do you have any fun holiday plans scheduled?
👉What do you do for your finances every week?

This is great! Thanks for sharing! I might add a "work reimbursement" category too to keep those expenses separate from personal.
