I loved the tank controls. It took me a while to get used to RE4, today it's one of my favorites, but playing RE2 and 3 was an absolute treat... what a well designed game.
Honestly I love these kind of mods where they make completely new scenarios to play instead of say mods that just throw a lot of monsters in a small room.
I'm at 13min and this is absolutely incredible. The atmosphere, the mix of original music and beautiful creepy new music, the backgrounds the details .. who ever did this is a genius.
I love what they've done with this mod, the author really understands the charm of ps1 era resident evil, this is the sort of game i'd imagine about as a young teen after playing resident evil 2.
This is such an incredible mod!! Thank you for being thorough in your playthrough without commentary - it is a godsend since I don't have a way to play these myself ; A;;/

The PE location is great for RE, but I also love the movie cutscene and the zombies that follow through doors occasionally. The tall zombie is cool too!

Using parasite eves background really made this feal like a new game instead of just a mod. People are getting really good at these fan games. I would love to see Re Underworld book come to life. Its kinda like that one Re movie where Alice wakes in an underground Umbrella controlled simulation. They have cities, some forest, a small lake. It would be great for a fan game.

It's in the public domain, so even you and I could make our own movie and not worry too much about getting sued. Lol The title itself is the only area where you need to be careful. The area explored is the town of Dryfield. It's from the PS1 game, Parasite eve. The first Parasite eve is one of the best survivor horror game of it's time, and if Capcom had half a brain, (that hasn't been eaten by a Zombie) they need to remake the series, for gamers, young and old!
