This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.

I had surgery several years ago to correct my hearing. An unwanted side-effect is tinnitus on both sides, drums, whistles, engines, static, cicadas...it's overwhelming. I went from experiencing peaceful silence to never having a moment without noise. This music plays all day, while I'm working, studying, cooking, etc. It is so beautiful that I cry sometimes from how this music has allowed me to overcome my tinnitus and move me so deeply. Thank you for this music. I honestly believe it is saving my life.
Maybe binaural beats will help also. There's also medicine for tinnitus available at Walgreens. ❤️

This is just what I needed to get back to sleep as I get stressed out especially when I've been woken up by something that's got a fine humming sound and I find it hard to get back to sleep. As soon as partly woken I can hear my brain Working and it stress me out as I feel like I'm not really asleep also does anyone one else have a problem like when you close your eyes to go to sleep you can see through you eye lids even though it a dark room is it just me or I'm I only on this as it takes me ages to fall asleep. This one time I got woken up by a weird sound and I felt my brain was in overdrive which also got me stressed out and yet my eyes wasn't properly open. Thank you for this video as I've only just looked this up last night just what I needed to get back to sleep cheers
I also experience closing my eyes and still seeing through my eyelids..thought I was going crazy. It feels like you are in a very dark room with a little light and you eyes are barely able to make out objects in the surroundings

Anxiety is not good for your brain. Your circumstance might be tough currently and you may be better of talking to a nurse. An anti-depressant can help a lot if you cannot get the racing thoughts to calm down. A brain in constant overdrive can lead to psychosis. At times you should NOT just tough it out. Get help. Its better when you get it early.
