this was great. time to get back on that treadmill and re-listen to his audiobook. also, on the subject of caffeine, I have found a little bit of nicotine gum goes a long way in retaining focus but also for the introverts/engineers, it naturally stops us from ‘looking at our shoes’ and makes us more gregarious, and can effortlessly stare into other peoples eyes with confidence (including the attractive ones) , even posture improves. my belief is some lobster status hierarchy sérotonine bluff is going on
