Jonathan Tetelmant a világ egyik legígéretesebb operasztárjának tartják, aki vokálisan csodálatos, sugárzó és jellegzetes tenor. Mindezt pedig az Andrássy úti Ybl palota közönsége is megtapasztalhatta június 18-án, a Marton Éva 80 gálakoncerten: a művész elképesztő hangjával beénekelte az egész teret és lenyűgözte az ünnepeltet és a jelenlevőket is. Az Opera Café-nak a gála előtti napon adott interjút.

Endllich höre ich mal wieder einen hervorragenden jüngeren Tenor im italinienschen Fach..da sah es ja auch recht düster sus, zwar nicht so schlimm wie Wagner Heldentenören, bis jetzt kein Nachwuchs
