Step 1. Get the Gacha image you want on ibis paint x. Step 2. Get the same hair colour as your Gacha character you chose. Step 3. Make a new layer Step 4. Get the same hair colour as the character you chose and make it a bit darker Step 5. Keep making it darker like the creator of this video did. Step 6. (MAKE SURE YOUR ON THE LAYER YOU DID THE HAIR WITH) get the smudge or blur tool and smudge or blue all around your page. Your welcome
