I love you so much Zauntee, you have been an incredible inspiration in my recovery from a four year addiction to crack cocaine an my mental wellness regarding schizophrenia and p.t.s.d. Today, I can gratefully say that the greatest of chain breakers has freed me from my enslavement to narcotics, psychotropic medications, nicotine and even marijuana.. None of you know who I am, but trust me when I say, no matter how hopeless or lost you feel, Jesus can and WILL set you free if you seek Him first and foremost above all else. And this sounds like some pretty necessary and beautiful work you are beginning with the chaplin and I look forward to checking into it more. The Jesus revolution is starting, I can feel it in work like this. Praise Jesus, glory to God!!! God bless you brothers!!!

I just found you and you touched me. On my way home from taking home my cousin whom I'm guardian of there is a lake. About a month ago I started stopping there and getting out of my car and turning up the music and singing and praising my savior. I've always been shy, but have decided to become a testimony to others no matter what they might think. What Jesus and God think are the important part. So, a few days I found you and oh my gosh you hit home with me. I got into some DEEP trouble earlier in life and would stop in the church parking lots before taking part and banging on the steering wheel and screaming out to God. Ge heard me and moved me. For whatever it's worth, I wish Zauntee would chill out on Religion. If we read James 1:17, that says "Every good and perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there isnno variation or shadow of turning ", then we also have to read James 1:27, which says "Pure and undefiled Religion before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widowz in their distress, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world". How can James say there is a pure and undefiled religion if all religion hurts?
What's the answer to depression? And why do I as a Christian still suffer from depression?
Depression is a real issue. More and more research is showing us that it is more than just an issue of the mind and thinking. Have you seen a specialist about your depression? There could be several reasons why you feel the way you do. One of the first steps is to discover the source.
I myself had depression. When I found my peace in His presence and began to worship him and truly feel His presence and delve into the word of God and learn how deep His Love is for me and also realize the purpose he created me to carry out and give it all of my passion, the depression had to go. Read the word of God with the intention of meeting Jesus. Worship him thru your most honest expression wether it’s song, dance, art, etc. take that expression and express yourself to Him. When you allow the Love He has for you become the most important thing to you, like really allow it to be something you care deeply about and you will be fulfilled. He will fill all the empty places. You can get therapy for the practical side of things but a wound of the soul can only be healed by the one who created that soul. Peace be with you!
You should read the Bible and pray to God that you'll feel a sense of peace in your mind. Read John 3:16, Psalm 4:8, Exodus 3, Psalm 23, Genesis 37. These all Bible verses show us that God is good and how God will always be with us in ourife whether in the darkest or in the light. Hope this helps you. Have a Blessed day.
I pray you have gotten better, sometimes depression can be natural and sometimes it can be spiritual. It could be spirit behind because we are in a spiritual war, I pray for healing in your mind and that your mind would be renewed everyday, I also pray against any demonic spirits that could be causing that in the name of Jesus, he loves you so much. In this life as a born again Christian we still will have struggles but this time and has victory. I love you so much and so does Jesus!!!! He is healing And restoring your mind and emotions in Jesus name.
