Closets matter. The house has its quirks, but it's nice.

HOW MUCH ARE THEY ASKING FOR THIS HOME?
It’s been a minute so I would need to check. I’m sure it’s sold by now
Here’s are the things i noticed in order in your video
1. Squeaking door on a new home
2. Lights in the office not working
3. TINY laundry for a 4300 sqfoot home
4. Clips on a Mirror for a home in the millions!
5. No double oven in over a million dollar home
6. No cabinets to the ceiling in a million dollar home
7. No hardware in a million dollar home.
8. Windows not framed in a million dollar home
9. Primary bedroom…windows not evenly spaced…cant place a king bed between them.
10. stupid bathroom design….all because they are building up instead of out….putting these MILLION dollar homes on 7000sqft lots
11. one shower head, no rain head ON A MILLION DOLLAR HOME
12. Early 2000‘s baseboards….in a 2024 million plus dollar home…i can buy the same ones at Home Depot
13. Hollow core doors through a million dollar home….unacceptable
14. The bannisters look great….looks like a million dollar home
15. Wasted game area space…..Media rooms dont need windows….they wasted that nice porch area by placing a media right next to it…
16. Great million dollar views on the patio
17. Again…more plastic clips on the mirrors in a million dollar home….jeez….throw some quick trim on them at LEAST….
18….very cool school room looking thing up stairs….
19. Two car Garage at 1.3 million…cmon.
I am a high income earner….and this is my price range, but I dont see the value. I am not giving my hard earned money away for this basic vanilla cracker home. I am tired of builders not putting value into their homes….I do not see the value that grand is offering here. Small lot, builder grade everything, everything i mentioned above….its not good. I am looking for a home now….will keep an eye on y’all’s channel. It‘s really good content, yall.
