Tbh this kind of simple games have been rare these days... When I was a kid and played flash games they all explored a simple but fun gameplay mechanic. Then we switched to playing bigger and bigger games and over time those big games didn't feel so "gamey" anymore. The fun aspect of games has partly changed to immersion or competitiveness.
