I think the song is about Tommy`s or in general a girls perspective about how she percieves the process of maturing as a woman and the hardships life can push on to you.
In the beginning, i think she beginns to realise in what a broken society she lives and as she beginns to grasp love and temptation she vomits as if she has been poisoned. From 0:55 on, she embraces the temptations of "false" love and comes face to face with the "devil", who in my opinion represents the emotional chaos she is in after being played by the more dominant men looking to use her.
At 2:36 her flower was taken and burned. The flower often represents innocence, and her horns are cut. To me this means that her innocence was taken by force inducing trauma and due to this she has lost her horns, symbolysing her loss of drive or will to live, limilar to a depression.
After this painfull part of her early life, she wakes up in a mansion full of oportunities where she is confronted with her trauma resulting in her prior life, not being able to form stable healty relationships. Because of this she sees love and commitment as a thing to be feard and stands up to go her own way shortly after. Here she gains confidence and realises she can "moove mountains" and that no one is more valuable than her.
Sadly in the end, her past mistakes catch up to her and under the supervision of the onlookers she gives birth to the same evil she once ran away from, closing the cycle of life.
To me the song is an ode to struggle of finding your self while the world arround you is a hellish twister of chaos and temptations.
